We tidy, empty and take out the trash. Sweep, mop and vacuum, up, over and under, we wash dishes and windows, baths, loos and showers, floors and walls, wipe, buff and polish. We launder linen and clothing, wash, rinse, spin and hang out to dry, delicates by hand and lay them flat. Then we press, iron, fold and pack it all away. We strip beds, make beds, chop, peel, slice, cook the rice and lay the table. And when you come home, and flop down exhausted, we carry the groceries from the car, pack them away, put on the kettle and make you a cup of tea!

What's included in a clean?
The basis on which we work is to provide a worker for a seven hour day who will do anything within the scope of domestic duty. So from laundry to general cleaning, to windows to spring cleaning a neglected room, we do it all.
How much does it cost to clean my home?
It is based on the cost of a person per seven hour day. Costs vary slightly, due to transport costs but it would be approximately R500 for a seven hour day.
Are the cleaning supplies included?
Generally, most households prefer to use their own favourite brands for cleaning, but in the instance of a pre or post occupation or renovation clean, we can provide all cleaning equipment and materials, at current cost of R500. Too much for a studio apartment? Our mini kits cost R250
What time do you offer cleaning services?
Marvellous Maids is always available, Monday to Saturday from 08h00 to 17h00, but we are flexible and can fit in your appointment or emergency at any time, bearing in mind that a surcharge will be levied
